ISOLATED analog signal CONVERTER voltage-current: 0 to 10V into 0 to 20mA proportionally

This mini isolated converter with triple isolation (3000V~) proportionally converts “0 to 10V” input signals into “0 to 20 mA”, rapidly and precisely.

Input: 0 to 10V; impedance: 10 kΩ

Output: 0 to 20mA, on load ≤ 500 Ω

Accuracy: better than 0.2%

Regulation: < 10-4, with load varying from 0 to 500 Ω

Ripple: < 50 μA

Response time: < 1 ms (can be increased upon request)

Isolation: triple, with input/output, input/supply and output/supply: 3kV~

Power supply voltage:

  • standard, 24V DC ± 5% / ≤ 28mA / 500Ω loaded and ≤ 15mA unloaded
  • optional power supply:
    • 24V~ or 110V~ or 230V~ ±10% / 48Hz to 400Hz
    • 5V or 12V or 48V DC

Possible load: 0 to maximum 500 Ω

Protections:

  • against inverted connections on the input and power supply
  • against accidental overvoltage on input: 20V
  • against overloads and short-circuits
  • against bipolar overvoltages on the output
