ISOLATED analog signal TRANSMITTER voltage-voltage: 1.25V to 30V into isolated 1.25V to 30V

Voltage-voltage transmitter, isolated converter: 1.25V to 30V into isolated 1.25V to 30V

Isolation of voltage analog signals of any value between 1.25 and 30V. Fast, precise, easy to use.

Powered only with a low current collected from the input signal, this “passive” quadripole (voltage-voltage converter or voltage transmitter) isolates and perfectly transmits analog signals from 1.25V to 30V applied on its input to its output.

Description

Input:

  • applied signal: 1.2V to 30V (accidental maximum: 50V)
  • absorbed current: < 2 mA for Vin ≤ 5V  /  < 4 mA for Vin ≤ 10V  /  < 8 mA for Vin ≤ 30V

Output:

  • output signal: 1.2V to 30V
  • short-circuits: permitted
  • load: ≥ 47 kΩ

Full-scale accuracy: better than 0.2%

Response time: < 5 ms (possible betterment, linearly, with an external capacitor)

Isolation: > 2000 V

Protections:

  • against accidental overvoltage on input: up to 50V
  • against overloads and short-circuits on output
  • isolation: 3000V
  • increased reliability because of no external power supply
  • against vibrations; tropicalisation with moulding
  • sealing iP67, except connections
  • elimination of the faulty-contact risk (no DIL switch)
  • negligible temperature rise (high performance conversion)
  • electromagnetic compatibility CEM 89 / 336 / CE

Temperatures:

  • coefficient: < 2.10-4 / °C
  • operation: -20°C to +60°C
  • storage: – 40°C to + 90°C

Three modules:

  • DIN rail mounting (RD)
  • wall mounting
  • mounting on printed circuit

Upon request, with the same “self-powered” technology: choice of input range (example: 2V to 7V) for output 0 to 10V.
